Casting for Confidence

Casting for Confidence

Casting for Confidence (CFC) is an annual one-day fly fishing retreat put on for female cancer survivors by the Georgia Women Fly Fishers. Our goal is to provide fundamental fly fishing instruction while also engaging participants in the therapeutic qualities that trout stream fishing brings.  In addition to learning, survivors also have an opportunity to try their hand at fishing toward the end of the day alongside experienced anglers from the GWFF club. The event is free-of-charge and takes place at the beautiful Frog Hollow in Dahlonega, GA. Any female survivor of any cancer and at any point in their remission is invited to attend!
